  The facilities are very new and all things are modern and efficient. Shopping next door is very convenient. Service is excellent for booking a day trip to WuLong by taxi; free luggage delivery to the train station was a bonus, super convenient for our last day in Chongqing. Also, the wheelchair was provided during our stay as requested. Kudos to the excellent and friendly reception team including Sophie and Zoe!
