  Breakfast was outstanding and the room was big, clean and very beauriful.

  We booked Conrad after a bad experience with another hotel the night before, so we expected this would be a great experience. The location, service, and breakfast were all top-notch. They prepared a welcome cocktail, but unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy it at the bar since we went out late after we checked in.

  Tout était parfait!
  J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel, avec une vue magnifique. Rien n'est laissé au hasard : l'accueil était irréprochable. On a même pris le temps de nous expliquer, d'écrire des notes et de réserver des billets d'avion, malgré des recherches compliquées pour trouver un moyen de transport rapide et peu coûteux. On sent que le personnel prend vraiment le temps de nous aider et de nous satisfaire.

  我近期入住了这家酒店，整体体验非常满意。前台的Shirley和Victoria服务热情、细心，知道我晚餐计划吃火锅专程准备了锦囊妙计，火锅祛味剂超好用！酒店设施设备齐全，房间干净舒适，让人倍感放松。此外，酒店地理位置优越，交通便利，周边餐饮和购物选择丰富。无论是商务出行还是休闲度假，这里都是一个理想的选择。我肯定会再次光临，并推荐给朋友们！

  选择重庆康莱德是这次旅行最正确的决定，虽然在市区中心，庭院式的门廊设计瞬间把我带入假期状态，房间的每一个角落都透露出舒适温暖，设施先进且应有尽有。Victoria以细致入微的关怀，预见和满足了我的每一个需求。而且，房间的卫生情况无懈可击，清新舒适的环境让我的身心都得到了彻底的放松，真正感受到了宾至如归的体验。已经开始期待下一次入住了。
