  The hotel staff provided excellent service, with particular recognition due to Manager Ms Yang. She demonstrated exceptional hospitality by enthusiastically recommending numerous local dining gems and even took the initiative to mark key locations on our map. While the interior decor shows some signs of aging with slightly worn carpeting and retro-style furniture, the property maintains remarkable cleanliness. The professional service and largely compensated for the slightly dated facilities, creating an overall satisfying accommodation experience that we would gladly revisit.

  What could be improved: I am surprised to learn that I have been billed again to my credit card on 29 Dec 2024 after we checked out although I have already paid in advance on 19 October 2024. I have not agreed to this double deduction and look forward to a refund and some explanation.
