  The hotel is amazing, we had the most amazing experience we used all the amenities/services from breakfast to room service to the dry cleaning service, it was always a more than satisfying experience.

  The hotel room was clean and the hotel staff were very attentive. On my first night I gobbled 2 bottles of water by 8am even though I arrived at 12am. They replenished 4 bottles of water daily, thereafter, even though I was a solo traveller. The hotel staff were also always helpful, professional and patient.

  The best aspect of this hotel is its excellent service. The staff members are dedicated to ensuring that guests feel comfortable and content. We interacted with at least 3 front desk employees, all of whom possess proficient English-speaking skills and were extremely helpful. The hotel's location is conveniently nearby the 工贸 metro station, with just a 3-minute walk. This makes it highly convenient for reaching downtown and other destinations. Our room was very clean, and the bed provided a comfortable sleep. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome fruit basket, which was a lovely gesture by the hotel.
  
  What could be improved: However, I noticed that the windows in the hotel lack soundproofing, with only ordinary glass, which allowed traffic noise from outside to be audible. Moreover, the walls and doors are quite thin, resulting in some noise leakage from neighboring rooms and the hallway.
