  the room was clean and very new, the staff were exceptional. during checkout we left behind our ipad and a cleaner, the hotel quickly called us and we then went back to retrieve it. very kind and helpful staff

  A nice hotel in the new suburb one class above the others. Clean and spacious, with attentive staffs.

  super nice room, managed to get a free upgrade through booking.com, it was a corner room, really spacious and lux. instagrammable too. Free of charge choice of pillow from the pillow menu. Staff was super attentive and friendly in helping with taxis, booking tourist attraction tickets etc. Breakfast is really good also, good selection.
  
  What could be improved: Had to pay extra for a bed as there was three of us, we thought they already knew as we checked in with 3 people but they didnt say anything and assumed all 3 of us would sleep in one bed so we had to pay extra and wait for them to set up the other bed. They said I should state in booking.com but im pretty sure i did but hey ho, it got sorted out in the end.
