  Good breakfast, nice rooms, clean, polite staff
  
  What could be improved: Check in was quite delayed. We arrived close to 5pm for a 2pm check in and still needed to wait 30 minutes. We were given complimentary wine, though, so that was a nice touch.

  Clean rooms, polite staff. In one room there was a cigarette odor issue, but the staff provided an air purifier and promptly resolved the issue. My parents thought the breakfast was excellent.

  The hotel was located just 3 min walking distance from the metro station and the room was spacious and bed is comfortable only the pillow abit too soft. Breakfast was good. Meet my expectations and would recommend it.

  What could be improved: Das WLan war schlecht. Die Lobby eher ungemütlich weil sie extrem gekühlt war. Man wollte sofort wieder gehen.

  酒店 惦解 入住當天 是10幾度 都無 空調 供應 而話可提供風扇 真是不開心,想退房,及後要求才提供空調！！！！！！！？？？？
