  Special shout to both Alice & Eric (both were at the concierge counter at the same time) helping me to connect to the tour agent (damm unhelpful) to assist me in arranging the pickup to Wulong Karst. Both went extra miles, assisting me to re-activate my WeChat account. Unfortunately, it was not successful. Is their attitude, 2 thumbs up.
