  What could be improved: The pool is too big, so it uses too much water, making the room really humid. It feels damp, stuffy, and hot, with poor ventilation. I couldn’t sleep all night because it was so uncomfortable.

  This is one of the coolest hotels we have ever stayed in. It had a lot of character and is definitely very trendy. All the facilities and features were top quality and things were done in a very unique way. I definitely recommend this if you want a unique experience. This is great for couples especially as it has a sexy feel. The staff were absolutely top quality and super friendly. There was a language barrier but they were incredibly patient and kind and made our experience easy. This is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed in across the world.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing that disappointed us was there was no breakfast option. This hotel was more than double the price of our other hotel which was also 5 star but this did not include any breakfast option. As a traveller who is out all day, having a good night’s sleep followed by a great breakfast really helps start the day. At this price point, not having a breakfast option is a little disappointing.

  We were impressed by the hotel’s chic and stylish appearance, and the overall experience was exceptional. However, finding the hotel was a bit challenging due to another nearby branch with a similar name, which caused some initial confusion.
  
  The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, though at times, the language barrier made communication a bit tricky.
  
  One major downside was the presence of tiny, clear bugs on our bed and small brown/red ones in the bathroom. This made it hard for me to fully relax and enjoy my stay.
  
  Aside from that issue, the hotel was a lovely place to stay with a great atmosphere.
