  特別找了當地人朋友打電話詢問後才說有看到訂單(如果沒有當地朋友根本聯絡不到人)
  入住時跟我們說之前預定的信用卡沒有刷，一定要付現金
  當時我們想說配合住宿方，所以付現金了
  回來後就受到系統跳的訊息，說我們沒入住要取消訂單並扣取消費用
  怎麼會當下收了現金之後又來跟我收取消費?
  預訂體驗很糟糕，建議大家找其他更可以溝通的酒店入住

  Solo estuvimos una noche y todo bien, gestion muy rapida y personal amable. Las habitaciones estaban limpias. Además está en un planta 16, las vistas son espectaculares!
  
  What could be improved: Cuando nos dieron la habitación se equivocaron y nos dieron una en la que había un señor dentro y fue un poco raro. Luego vino una chica del hotel, nos lo resolvió todo rápido y nos cambiaron de habitación.
