  What could be improved: ・There was a new male concierge, and he was confused about arranging a taxi, so it took a while.
  ・I gave permission to the cleaning staff to clean during a meeting in the room. However, they were not considerate, blaring their smartphones and yelling.

  It was comfortable and enjoyed the bath and time in the room looking at the view. The staff were helpful and friendly being great. Plenty of water amenities were good. The breakfast and buffet dinner was very good having a great variety for us as Westerners.
  
  What could be improved: The AC didn’t work properly and room was very hot however they changed us but not strong AC in that room. We were given fan being good. I appreciated the fruit platter as an apology of the first room with poor AC basically not working first night. It’s a bit rustic tired older appliances cords were stripped on bedside lamps making it dangerous to touch. Plus cleaning needs to improve as had a half eaten cucumber on the floor left over from previous guests, it wasn’t cleaned away near our rubbish bin for over two days which we put it in the bin ourselves. For Kempinski standard should be better given not cheap hotel to stay in. I’d stay again but they need to address some of these things to be better.
