  BOOKING上预定的小心了！想要体验一下23：30拉着行李箱被拒绝入住又要重新开始在重庆找酒店的可以试一试哦~
  2月7号晚上23：30抵达酒店被拒绝办理入住，该酒店的前台人员说booking上预定的必须要18：00前抵达酒店才可以办理入住（之前详情页上是12：00-12：00 现在是因为我说他们实际办理入住时间和网上的详情写的不一样后改成了下午2：00-下午6：00点），但是在此之前并未提前告知我下午6点前办理入住，前台小姐说给我打电话了但是打不通（我预定时留的国外手机号，并没有开通国际漫游），又说给我滨客上发了消息但我没回复，我反驳说你可以 “直接在消息里说酒店六点以后无法办理入住” 而不是问我 “几点抵达酒店” 。后续就是这个前台小姐一直跟我拉扯，踢皮球，说是我的问题不回消息无法为我办理入住并拒绝提供解决方法。
  
  What could be improved: 哈哈，希望大家都去体验一下晚上找不到酒店的感觉，满不满意试一试就知道了~真的头一次感觉到了耍无赖的样子，给我气笑了哈。你但凡在消息里通知我说18：00之后无法办理入住我都不会找你任何事，因为那是我的错，哪怕我没看见，但你已经尽了酒店该做的通知义务，而不是问一句我几时到达酒店，却对办理入住的时间只字不提！国内连锁酒店做成你这样真是好样的！

  非常好，环境很漂亮，房间里面非常干净，卫生间干湿分离，酒店前台很热情，服务周到。
