  What could be improved: The alley from metro towards the hotel is very dark at night. I don't feel safe when walking there at night. I had a faulty shower (temperature fluctuates constantly) and faulty USD port for the first two nights. The staff just asked someone to have a look at the faulty shower and ports without doing anything to fix it and doesn't change a room for me! They only changed the room on my last day. I couldn't really shower properly for the first two night!
