  We are staying the second time in this hotel with the best possible location and luxury rooms with the most modern facilities.
  The service is amazing from reception to the restaurant. The reception manager, Mr. Evan, is absolutely outstanding and was very helpful.

  great location in the city centre close to the Monument. It's a busy commercial area and there are lots of places to eat and shop. A metro station is also a few mins walk away.

  – our room had a nice view, was clean, and had everything we needed. It was on the smaller side but fine for our stay. It was cleaned daily with bottles of water left for us.
  – didn't try the breakfast but we did have some drinks at the bar on the top floor.
  – their gym was basic but opened 24hrs. The laundry room was right next to the gym. It had plenty of washers/dryers and were all free to use.
  
  What could be improved: some water leaked out of the shower area when in use but it was a minor inconvenience.
