  Good location, big and clean room.
  
  What could be improved: Guy was very rough with my passport on check in – I was worried he'd rip the passport page out. Everything else was fine, but for this reason, I'd be unsure about going back.

  Great hotel and great location – barely a few metres away from the undeground. The receptionist that checked us in was brilliant. He spoke fluent English and helped us find our feet in Chongqing.

  The place is pleasant and comfortable. I like the setup and decor, relaxing and cosy.
  Metro station less than 10 minutes walk and extremely easy to move around.
  
  What could be improved: There is no lift, it is not easy for older people. Luckily, our son was with us.

  The location is exceptional, really close to Zengjiayan Interchange (5 mins walk down the street) and major tourist destinations.
  Great bargain for the price. You still get a fully serviced room and a full length bed, if small.
  Cheap bottled drinks from the hotel reception, which is very convenient.
  We booked a room with Garden View as having a window is important to us, but not all rooms have windows.
  
  What could be improved: Lack of elevator may pose accessibility issues, especially if you need to carry luggage with you.
