  What could be improved: The checking in process is a bit of a hassle, and the staff couldn’t really understand me well. Since I booked the room for my friend only as I’m leaving midnight. They went to register me as check in and told me I had to check out when I didn’t have to actually. Since I’m not even staying for the night.

  Really nice and clean hotel. Big rooms with nice lighting for bright or relaxing atmosphere. Felt more than an apartment rather than a hotel room. Really nice. You can also order food and beverage from outside and a robot brings you your order. My room had a living room, small kitchen, 2 big tvs, one double bed, one sofa, 3 tables, 2 WC, 1 shower. Really recommend
  
  What could be improved: The ac didn't make the room cold. Felt like it only made noise and didn't work at all. The reception was kind and helpful but the communication was hard since they didn't know English. Translator is a must. But nevertheless really happy with everyone there

  I love this Home 2 Suites by Hilton hotel. The staffs are friendly but just lack of not much staffs can speak English. But most of them try to help and give us a good serving. The breakfast is good, the facilities is the best in Chongqing. Clean fitness centre, And we can wash our dirt clothes by self service laundry. Plus shuttle service to thr airport. Thank you, We will stay there sgain in our future vidit yo Chongqing.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom shower with too hot water, you cannot get cool water or adjust the heat of bath water, we only get a warm water or very hot water. In Summer weather whrn the temparature so hot, we need to take a cool shower to cool our body. For me, I need to cool my body with water. My wife complain on the pilow cover that smells bad, and they change it. Thanks.
