  I spent there only one night waiting for my train departure from Chongqing North train station. For this purpose the location was perfect. 5min walking distance to the station.
  The lady at the reception was very kind and patient when I had problems with the local payment system. She was understanding and supportive. Good pre-arrival communication. Reception is sending detailed instructions how to use public transport to reach the hotel from the airport. Very helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Not really a minus but personally I had difficulties to find the entrance to the hotel. Just a tip for iphone maps app users: it’s easier to navigate to litian hotel or viena international hotel. It’s the same building (if you stay with your face in front of viena hotel the entrance to novo will be around left corner).
