  Everything was amazing. Location is in a quieter area of Chongqing, which was by choice as we wanted to be a little away from the hustle and bustle while still being conveniently located (super accessible via Didi, metro etc). Room was clean and comfortable, overall aesthetics were Muji-minimalist style. Enjoyed the breakfast selection too – you can have local noodles or dumplings cooked on the spot for you. Best of all, service was impeccable! The lovely staff made our stay memorable, I kind of miss them already :') They were always ready to help, always genuinely asking about our plans and our day, and enthusiastically providing local recommendations and tips. We felt very safe and well taken care of during our stay. Thank you! Highly recommend, I'd come back too!
  
  What could be improved: It was a truly fantastic stay. If I have to really specify something minor – there were faint whiffs of cigarette smell for a short period during one of the nights. All's good otherwise!

  Everything about the hotel was perfect. The location was convenient, with access to restaurants and shops and easy access to taxis.
  The staff could not have been better. They went well above and beyond to help with every need and every question asked. The friendliness of everyone was unsurpassed.
  
  A full breakfast with fresh fruit and cooked to order eggs as well as a selection of teas gave a pleasant start to the day.
  
  Last, I want to mention the quiet, individual terraces, comfortable bed, oversized shower, climate control, free laundry and maid service.

  The staff, rooms and entire experience during our stay was honestly amazing. Yes sure the place is a little difficult to find as some other people have mentioned, but nothing 5 minutes of looking and asking locals on translate can’t overcome. Would 100% come back here again.

  the staff are super friendly, and they really helped us a lot (coming from the airport to the hotel wasn't easy since we don't speak Chinese), Rebecca was really nice and helped us a lot during our stay in the hotel, special thanks to her and the whole team.
  
  What could be improved: the location to enter the hotel wasn't easy even with the picture were sent to us before reaching the hotel, breakfast was ok, although the noodles were superb, but nos so many verity for breakfast.

  The staff were willing to help us with anything I asked for. I arrived at the hotel very late at night but it was still easy to reach out to the staff. The metros are within walking distance. They also have a laundry service free of charge. The breakfast was good, there was traditional Chinese food, sandwiches, and fruit. The room was clean and comfy. If you don't like crowded areas I really recommend this place. During my stay it was a Chinese holiday. the staff also gave us snacks. That was lovely.
  
  What could be improved: A little bit confused when I got out of the building to go to Xingfu Square station or GuangdianYuan station and a bit far from the tourist spots, it took time to go to each place. The room doesn't have a refrigerator.

  I stayed for the second time, the difference was that this time it was a tour. The hotel is located in a shopping center. The front desk will contact you in advance. Being early, the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast with traditional home cooked Chinese food that is very tasty. I preferred a room with a terrace so I changed the room type and it was as good as ever!

  For me breakfast is very important, breakfast options line a lot, focus on recommending his family's copy of the hand, are the kitchen aunty's own package, the flavor is very good (too much better than frozen)
